What issues are covered in my retainer?

Health Check

We will review your site weekly to make sure everything is running as it should be and make any recommendations.

Updates

We will review all the updates available and make sure any updates will be compatible with the system and 3rd party extensions. We will do a risk assessment and review with you before we update.

Multi site Discount

Need more than one site covered let have a chat, significant discounts available should you need multi site coverage

Support

We will fix any issues that arise during your contract – we have allocated hours and we will review the issue and present a plan of works to resolve the issues – this could be technical issues or even usability issues that need fixing.

Monitoring

We will install website monitoring software to ensure we are aware of any of any  attacks as soon as these happen.
